Sometimes, uncontrolled anger can be an indication of pre – existing psychological conditions, like mental disorders or short tempered. It is very important that you learn to manage your anger and help yourself personally, professionally, mentally and socially.

1.    Take a Deep Breath

A human body tends to become more tensed when you are angry. One can easily deal with anger by ensuring cycles of deep breath or concentration on breath exercises.

2.    Give yourself a Minute

Adults need at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Being sleep deprived can contribute to a wide range of health problems, including the inability to manage emotions properly. Getting adequate sleep can improve your mood and lessen your anger.

9.    Exercise your anger away

Physical activity can help in reducing stress that can be the cause of your anger. If you feel your anger rising, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities. Exercise makes you feel better, boosts your mood and also removes toxins from your body that lead to emotions of Anger.

10.    Ignore and stay happy

Most people think that they are doing the right stuff, though they can be mean, more sensitive, insecure, and so on. We are all just people who are struggling to lead happy, healthy, meaningful lives in a complicated world. So ignore the disturbance around you if it is not related to you and stay happy.
