Some of the Services require us to know more about you so that we can best meet your needs. You may still access and use some of the Services if you choose not to provide us with any Personal Information, but the features of the Services that require your Personal Information will not be accessible to you.

2.1.2 Billing, Collection and Payment Information
When you make a payment through our Services to a Healthcare Provider (as further described in and subject to other provisions of the Agreement), your payment card information is processed by our payment processing partner, CCAvenue(https://CCavenue.com). CCavenue collects your voluntarily provided payment card information necessary to process your payment. CCavenue’s use and storage of information it collects is governed by Stripe’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy. The information we store includes your payment card type and the last four digits of the payment card. We may provide to you the option to remove your stored payment card information through your account settings page.

2.2 Traffic Data
We also may automatically collect certain data when you use the Services, such as (1) IP address (2) domain server (3) type of device(s) used to access the Services (4) web browser(s) used to access the Services (5) referring webpage or other source through which you accessed the Services (6) geolocation information and (7) other statistics and information associated with the interaction between your browser or device and the Services (collectively “Traffic Data”). Depending on applicable law, some Traffic Data may be Personal Information.

We may also collect additional information, which may be Personal Information, as otherwise described to you at the point of collection or pursuant to your consent.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
While LaZoi will try to ensure a confirmed appointment for a End-User who requested an appointment on Website, LaZoi does not guarantee that a patient will get a confirmed appointment. Further, LaZoi has no liability if such appointment is confirmed by the practioner but later cancelled by the Practitioners for some reason, or the Practitioners are not available as per the given appointment time.

Miscellaneous:

1.By using the present application software, you acknowledge and agree that LaZoi may access, preserve, and disclose your information and any content associated with your account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
1.Satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request
2.Enforce the terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof
3.Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (including, without limitation, the filtering of spam) or
4.Protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of LaZoi, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
LaZoi is committed to protecting your privacy. Security measures for this site and protection of your data have been taken to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of the information you provide and industry standard encryption methods are used to assure security. Nevertheless, it is crucial that, as a user, you protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer and that you always sign off when finished using a shared computer.
